The Primary Dashboards pack provide a set of role-specific dashboards designed to give Staff, Students, and Family members quick and intuitive access to the tools and information they need most.

Each dashboard offers a consistent look and feel while presenting content that is relevant to the user’s role, helping to simplify navigation and improve engagement across the school community.

Staff Primary Dashboard

The Staff Primary Dashboard serves as a central workspace for teaching and support staff, bringing together essential systems and information needed throughout the school day.

Staff can:

• View school notices and announcements
• Access timetables, classes, and teaching resources
• Open school calendars, booking calendars, and duty rotas
• Launch key systems such as email, EMS, and internal portals
• Use quicklinks to reduce time spent navigating between tools

Family Primary Dashboard

The Family Primary Dashboard provides parents and carers with a simple and informative view of school life and their child’s information.

Student Primary Dashboard

The Student Dashboard is designed to support organisation, learning, and communication in a clear and student-friendly layout.

Students are able to view important notices and messages, access their timetable, classes, and learning resources, and manage classwork, homework, and assignments. The dashboard also provides visibility of grades and progress, alongside access to calendars and messaging tools to help students stay organised and engaged with their learning.
